Shipping Information
Delivery is available Tuesday though Friday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $ 14.00. All shipments include delivery across the continental United States. All orders are sent Fed-Ex overnight to your specified address. Fed-ex will deliver to your door between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm. Please select a shipping date and your order will be delivered next day. For last minute orders, please call us at 1-877-222-4630.
All orders are sent Signature Release ( No signature required). Please make arrangements for the package to be left in a cool, dry spot away from the sun if you are unable to be present for delivery. If you’re sending as a gift, please be sure to notify the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address for delivery. However, gift certificates sent USPS may be sent to P.O. boxes.
Once your package is delivered, please place it in a cool environment or your refrigerator until you are ready to prepare your feast. Lobsters should be prepared the day of arrival.
Gift certificates are sent via USPS. Your gift certificate will be delivered 2-5 days after your selected shipping date.
FedEx does not guarantee delivery times during major holidays or delays due to weather. We reserve the right during these events to contact you and make alternative shipping solutions to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and highest quality of seafood.
