CAJUN MAINE LOBSTER PIE
Ingredients:
One 9 inch pie crust
2 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup bacon-chopped
12 oz fresh Maine Lobster-chopped rough
1 green onion
Salt & pepper
Cayenne
Louisiana Hot sauce to taste

Pre-bake pie crust until golden brown. Saute bacon and green onions until bacon is browned. Add Maine Lobster and stir gently. Mix in eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne, and Louisiana Hot sauce (a little more than you think you should use!). Pour into pie crust and bake on 350 until crust is golden brown and set.
